baby session with Sebastian Medina along with his mommy and daddy

I met Griselda Jauregui in the 6th grade.  We went from elementary school all the way to high school together.  I was ecstatic to hear about her new addition and even more ecstatic that she asked me to photograph their baby session.

The last time I spoke to Griselda was over 5 years ago, when we saw each other  again at the session it was like no time at all had passed. Griselda told me she met Juan Carlos when she least expected it.  She said she was glad she waited for the right man, because the right man came along and she couldn’t be happier.  My heart burst every time I hear a love story like this…. I am so happy for my friend Gracy and her beautiful family.  Your love for each other is truly pure, wonderful and inspiring.

senior portrait session with Liza, class of 2016

It's been a while since I've posted on here.  I've been crazy busy revamping my website and just working away.  I'm still photographing just haven't had time to blog.  For my first blog back since April I wanted to share my amazing senior portrait session with Liza.  Liza is part of the graduating class of 2016. She was a bit shy at first but by the end she was a natural model.  I had a great time with her.  Here are some images from that session.

introducing... Erin

When I was young, I remember babysitting my cousin Jamie all the time.  She was the little sister that my brother and I would play house with and dress her up like our own live doll.  As we got older and became teens, we use to always play pranks on Jamie. When I had children of my own, she would babysit them and play with them.  Now Jamie has a baby of her own...Erin.

When I first meet Erin, she was only a few days old but yet her cry was like that of a toddler. BOY! can she wail lol...  here are a few images from our little mini infant session

Now she is 2.5 months old and is still acting like she is older than she is...propping herself up and trying to talk...I can't wait to document her entire childhood....

1st blog! on my new site

So here goes....

Back in October I was honored to be selected to attend Caroline Tran mentoring workshop. I have never met so many talented artists (stylist, event planners, photographers, makeup artists, chef, designers and graphic designers) during the week long sessions. The experience was mind-blowing, inspirational and educational. I met a lot of people that are in my industry that I would call friends. Here is a little peek into one of the bridal sessions.
